Description:

To Market, To Market is based on the ever-popular Farmer’s Market theme. Children can enjoy shopping for food using baskets, or the shopping cart. They can also weigh the food, count, restock, buy, and sell.  Encouraging them to cooperate with others in the market environment.

Educational Philosophy:

The market allows children to role-play shopping by making their own decisions on what to buy and how much. They build their pre-reading and pre-mathematics skills as they try out various roles such as shopkeeper, shopper, shelf-stockers, sales person, clerk, etc.
