Play Coordinator - Part Time
Play coordinators do a lot of things at the Children's Museum in Oak Lawn.  Not only do you reset exhibits, but you may have the opportunity to help implement a variety of programs from Storytime to STEM. 

• Strong customer service experience a must.
• Must be able to work weekends and weekdays, plus some evenings.
• Must be able to pick up exhibit pieces and reset exhibits.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of high school education.
• 1-3 years customer service experience.
• ​Ability to manage interpersonal relationships.
• Must be able to accept pick up items off of the floor to reset the exhibits.

Play Greeter
Play greeters are those smiling faces behind the front desk that our guests meet first in our museum. 

• Greet visitors entering the museum, extending excellent customer service.
• Process admission fees and all other customer transactions, including donations.
• Maintain inventory.
• Maintain a safe and organized front desk.
• Respond to any and all customer inquiries.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of high school education.
• 1-3 years customer service experience.
• 1-3 years cash handling experience.
• Previous work experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Point-of-Sale (Quickbooks Point-of-Sale preferred).
• Ability to manage interpersonal relationships.
• Must be able to accept shipments and move boxes up to 40 pounds.
