Join us for our 15th annual Egg Hunt for Children with disabilities on Sunday, April 6th! There is no charge for this event, but you must pre-register. Please only register for one session. Please register all people coming to the event.
This egg hunt is for children who cannot participate in community egg hunts due to their disability. Our goal is to remove as many barriers as we can. For example, we provide beeper eggs for children who are vision impaired and we hide eggs in suitable locations for children using wheelchairs. Children are encouraged to go at their own pace and we'll have volunteers here to assist. Everything is indoors so weather is not an issue.
Please consider the number of people you register as there are a limited number of registrations available and we would like to provide as many children with special needs the opportunity to participate as possible.
Due to the popularity of this event, we are offering two sessions. The museum will be closed all day specifically for this event. Sign up for 10:00AM-11:30AM OR 12:30PM-2:00PM.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Please bring a basket to collect eggs.
This event is indoors. You will have an hour and a half to hunt eggs and play in the museum.
You will be able to park on the first floor of the parking garage as the garage is not ticketed on Sundays.
We are able to make some accommodations to make this egg hunt more successful and fun for our guests like providing beeper eggs for children with visual impairment or taping eggs to walls for children in wheelchairs. If we hit our maximum number of attendees and you are unable to register your family, we can add you to the wait list.
